What are the Minimum System Requirements?
The minimum system requirements needed to run the CarbonPoker software are:
Microsoft Windows 98, ME, 2000 or XP
400MHz Pentium or faster CPU with at least 128MB of RAM
Minimum screen resolution of at least 800 by 600 pixels
At least 30MB of free disk space
Contact customer support if you have any problems running the poker software.

How do I Download the CarbonPoker software?
To play at CarbonPoker, you need to download the free poker software. If you are not familiar with how to download, please follow the simple steps below.
1. Click the download button above or click here. Once the "File Download" dialog box has appeared, select "Save".
2. A "Save As" dialog box will appear. Select "Desktop" from the side toolbar (Shown at 1) or the "Save in" drop-down menu at the top. It is recommended not to change the file name. Now click the Save button (Shown at 2). This will save the CarbonPoker software installer to your Windows Desktop.
The download is about 400KB in size; it should take less than 1 minute to download on a standard 56kbps modem.
Once the download is complete, if the dialog box is still open, select "Run" to start the installation.
If the download dialog box has closed, you can find the file on your windows desktop called "Poker.exe". Double click the Poker.exe setup icon on your desktop to start installation.
On some Windows XP computers, a security dialog box may appear when you launch the installation program. This dialog warns you against installing executable files (.exe) from software developers you do not trust. This protects you against accidental installation of viruses. If you are sure you have clicked on the Poker.exe icon, you can continue with the installation by pressing "Run".

How do I Install the CarbonPoker software?
1. Once the download has completed, locate and double-click on the CarbonPoker software (poker.exe). The software will now download the CarbonPoker program and then begin the installation.
2. Choose whether you are an existing or new player at CarbonPoker.
3. Review the License Agreement. If you accept the terms of the agreement click "Accept" to continue. You must accept to install CarbonPoker.
4. Choose where you want CarbonPoker to be installed on your computer. The recommended default location is C:\Program Files\CarbonPoker. Click "Accept

How do I Create an Account?
If you choose "New Player" in Step 2 above, you will then be given options to create your CarbonPoker account.
5. Choose a nickname and username remembering that they both must be different to each other, original at CarbonPoker and only contain letters and numbers.
6. Enter your email address then click "next". This email address must be valid as you will need to access it to complete registration.
7. Choose a password between 6 and 20 characters long. It is recommended that you use a combination of upper and lowercase letters and numbers
8. Click on "Play Poker" to start the client. Your login details will be emailed to your nominated email address, but you should also write them down in a safe place.
After the installation is complete, a CarbonPoker software launch icon is placed on your desktop for easy access to play poker. Double-click the icon to start playing CarbonPoker!
How do I Login?
After you have launched the software type your username and your password when prompted. This will need to be done every time you login to CarbonPoker, unless you select the "Automatically Log Me In" option. However we do not recommend this option on shared computers.
Press "Log In" to enter the CarbonPoker lobby and start playing poker!

The lobby provides a starting page where you can access any of the following feature tabs:
Lobby options:
Poker Tables - Provides a detailed list on all our various poker tables, both real and play.
Tournaments - Provides a detailed list on all our current tournaments.
Side Games - Play Real Money Blackjack or Backgammon (Play Money Only).
News - Keep up to date with the latest news at CarbonPoker.
Support - Contact our friendly support team via live chat or email if you have any questions at all, or read our FAQs.
Player Admin - Change your player icon, view hand history, real money ledger, comp points and more.
Settings - Change the in game setting including window options, sounds and music, animations and performance.
Cashier - Visit the cashier to make a real money deposit, withdrawal or to top up your play money balance.
Store - Come and cash in your comp points on our range of CarbonPoker merchandise.
